Summary: Catan Shopping Mall Website Redesign

In this third iteration of the “Catan Shopping” website, a complete redesign was undertaken with specific goals to enhance the promotion of the shopping center. The previous versions were also developed by me. The focus of this relaunch centered on:

  1. Promotion of Opening and Leading Brands: The website aimed to prominently showcase the complex’s opening and highlight the presence of top brands in the market. The emphasis was on spotlighting well-known brands that would be available at the shopping center, capturing the attention of visitors.
  2. Spread of the Food Court: The food court, with its wide range of services and culinary options, held a prominent place on the website. Details about available choices were presented, emphasizing the culinary experience the shopping center provides.
  3. Highlight of 4D Cinema and Modern Screens: The 4D cinema and the most modern screening rooms in the region were emphasized. Details about the unique cinematic experiences visitors could enjoy at the complex were provided.
  4. Attraction for New Investors and Rental Spaces: The institutional information on the website wasn’t solely aimed at visitors but also had a strategic focus on attracting new investors and lessees. Opportunities to expand offerings and broaden the services of the shopping center were presented.
  5. Strategic Location: The strategic location of the complex in the Buenos Aires province was emphasized. This information was presented as a key advantage to attract both local visitors and those from surrounding areas.

The final result was a refreshed website that successfully fulfilled its promotion objectives. The focus on promoting brands, services, and unique experiences at the shopping center created a compelling appeal for visitors. The strategically presented institutional information also contributed to attracting new investors and tenants, solidifying “Catan Shopping” as a reference point in the region.
